We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $400, and an administration fee of $150. The application and admin fee are non-refundable upon application, the deposit fee is refundable upon approval.
This property accepts many forms of income to qualify for a rental. This includes Housing Choice Voucher Program. Please check with the agency who issued your voucher for more details and to determine if it will cover the rent on the apartment you are interested in.

Residents are responsible for heat, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility service fee = $3.50 per month.
An underground parking spot is included with your home at Park Pointe.
We are a 100% smoke-free community.
We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including online payments, 24-hour package room, 24-hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management, and more.
Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.
Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.
You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.
While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
