I moved in to my apartment in March of 2023 and have had a good experience in the year and a half since. The office staff and maintenance staff are both helpful and responsive, and the amenities and grounds are well maintained.

Management is awesome - they quickly respond to communications, and maintenance tends to get done within a day or two of a request. The overall property is also well maintained. Love having access to an outdoor grill and pool!

We have loved living at Park Pointe! It is a quiet and nice complex. We enjoy grilling out in the summer by the pool and the indoor parking in the winter time!! They have fun events that allow us to meet our neighbors!
